Refund policy


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately and within seven (7)  days of receiving your item at info@waterfallsoapworks.com.au if the item/s area defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item/s are damaged during the shipping process we will send a replacement. If the particular soaps are no longer available we will contact you to offer a substitution. 

 Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned this includes personal care goods (such as beauty products) Soaps are one of these, and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If we send the incorrect item out we will exchange it for the correct item, you do not need to return the incorrect item.  Other than that we do not accept exchanges. 


Refunds
We do not refund, for change of mind. We try to give detailed fragrance note so you can make an informed purchase.
